Our Guidelines
During this difficult and stressful time, we want to inform you of our guidelines for office visit procedures under CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) Guidelines.
First and foremost is your safety and protection and that of our staff. Everything we do and ask of you is directed at that. Before giving you some details, be assured you can always phone us at (585) 241-9670 for any and all question you might have. Our phones may be busy, and if that is the case please leave your number with area code (if not local) and ask for a call back. You will hear from us shortly. Our hours are from 8 to 5. As a vital medical facility, our research site remains open for patient care.

Here are our CDC guidelines:
Prior to your office visit, please call to go over a few questions about your health, possible exposure for you or someone you have been in contact with. We are also checking “no touch” forehead temperatures for ALL visitors and patients, as well as our staff. Our facility is following all CDC guidelines for office maintenance, including disinfection of all patient areas after each visit.
